What is your must-see holiday destination for 2013?
What do Margate, Puerto Rico and Stockholm have in common? They are all must-see destinations for 2013, according to Rough Guides.
The Kent seaside town is the only British destination to feature on the Rough Guide 2013 Travel Hotlist, and if your comments are anything to go by its inclusion comes as a bit of a surprise ... @Roman78's comment sums up Guardian readers' reaction to the news: "Is it really Rough Guide's List or another guide's list of rough places to visit?"
The list, chosen by Rough Guides editors and writers, also includes little-known Kosice in eastern Slovakia, which is getting its turn in the limelight next year as a European Capital of Culture; and the Nowhere Festival, a Burning Man-style arts festival in Spain.
